                                               onyx. Due to the fact that gemstones occur naturally, please keep in mind
                                               that color may vary slighly.

Shipping Policy- All orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS (2nd Day Air); unlee otherwise
specified. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, unless pre approved by DCH Managment.

Payment Policy-      Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express.
                                          COD (payable by your company's check, cash, money order, or cashers check
                                          Net 30 with pre approved credit. Credit application available upon your request.
                                          Allow 2 to 3 weeks for application processing.

Return Policy-       All returns and damages must be claimed within 7 days of invoice date.
                                        No retuns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call for authorization
                                        number @ 1-813-855-5894. Returns without authorization number will not be accepted.
                                        Returned marchandise must reach our office within 30 days of invoice date. All other
                                        returns (with an exception of damages) are subject to 15% restocking fee.
